Day 1
Fly from San José to Drake Bay, followed by a boat transfer to Corcovado. Arrive at your lodge surrounded by untouched rainforest and wild coastline.

Get ready to visit Corcovado National Park which is considered one of the world's most biodiverse regions,Its wildlife includes scarlet macaws, tapirs, jaguars and squirrel monkeys. The hiking trails follow coastal and inland routes through habitats ranging from Pacific beaches and mangrove swamps to lowland and montane rainforests.

Your tour starts after a leisurely breakfast, when you’ll meet your guide at the Gear House to select your flippers and mask. It’s then a 40-minute boat ride to the ‘Coral Garden’. At certain times of the year, you may also see pilot or humpback whales, and dolphin along the way. The snorkelling site is located within a marine reserve and is a good place for spotting a wide variety of fish and marine mammals, including – if you are lucky – manta rays, turtles, and small, white-tipped sharks.

Transfer back to San José, concluding a refreshing escape to one of Costa Rica’s most iconic destinations.
